SPOKEN FOR // a wedding show

"we believe that a party need not be dictated by tradition or limited by lack of options..." thus the SPOKEN FOR event was born, putting a fresh spin on the typical wedding show. i will be there decking out the weaver house space with all sorts of yummy floral goodness... i will be giving out 2 sets of tickets to the event...so stay tuned on how to make them yours!

5 years, what!!!!

the hubby and i celebrate our 5th anniversary today... hard to believe that it was only five years ago that we did this fancy little number...and no, we do not remember the dance, but it is pretty fun to reminisce. so i thought i'd share it with all of you, but don't tell the hubby that you saw it cause he'd be embarrassed. :)

wedding week

one of the lovely weaver women is getting married this weekend, and i am beyond thrilled to be a part of it.  things are about to get crazy beautiful...wahooo!

flowers in the home

i cut most of these flowers from my yard.  the gooseneck was transplanted from my mom's yard last year.  i found the sweet peas growing among the weeds along the fence.

blueberry bliss

i couldn't help myself...i kept eating all the blueberries from the arrangement.  so yummy.

it's time for another post full of beautiful white wedding details...beautiful dresses, flowers in the hair and moving black and white photography. i love the simplicity of these photos.  they evoke excitement and longing.

my sister of mykiss love has got it going on!  she makes the coolest and most unique jewelry from pieces of nature, like fresh flowers, juniper bark, lichen, wheat grass, ponderosa pine puzzle pieces and pine cone scales.  you just gotta check em' out!
