i had so much fun as a vendor at union/pine's give good gift holiday pop-up yesterday. i met so many wonderful and talented people. i'm feeling overjoyed to have been able to share a little piece of myself with so many.

in my home // plants

i am a flower girl for sure, but i am also a plant lover, i guess i get it from my mom. every room in her house is over flowing with plants, most of which are cuts and clippings she is trying to propagate. my dad hates it, but he has learned to deal. i've just moved back in with my parents, divorce will make you do things you never thought you'd do (like move back in with your parents AGAIN). but here i am, grateful that i have loving arms to welcome me. my own collection of house plants have been divided among my siblings as it would be outrageous to add my collection to my moms. these are a few of my beauties that i am missing today... trusting that my sisters take good care of them.

SPOKEN FOR // a wedding show

"we believe that a party need not be dictated by tradition or limited by lack of options..." thus the SPOKEN FOR event was born, putting a fresh spin on the typical wedding show. i will be there decking out the weaver house space with all sorts of yummy floral goodness... i will be giving out 2 sets of tickets to the event...so stay tuned on how to make them yours!

5 years, what!!!!

the hubby and i celebrate our 5th anniversary today... hard to believe that it was only five years ago that we did this fancy little number...and no, we do not remember the dance, but it is pretty fun to reminisce. so i thought i'd share it with all of you, but don't tell the hubby that you saw it cause he'd be embarrassed. :)

one of the lovely weaver women is getting married this weekend, and i am beyond thrilled to be a part of it.  things are about to get crazy beautiful...wahooo!

i am having some girlfriends over this weekend for a terrarium party.  i have spent all week gathering goodies from the local markets.  here are a few that i have recently made for the store that might be fun to re-create.

i made some christmas cards and tags recently... super simple design, but oh so fun.

i sold a few of them at a holiday bazzar, but i still have a few left if you would like them.  thanks to my beautiful friend amber for these photos.

passion flower

so some of you may know this already, but i recently got hired on at this amazing little store in downtown eugene (blog here) as the floral design manager... and i couldn't be more excited!  what does this mean i am going to be doing with my own business you may ask yourself... well i am still available for hire in the portland area and if you are looking for me to do your flowers in the eugene area then come see me at the shop and i will put something super rocken' together for you!
