christmas centerpieces

i am selling christmas centerpieces for the first time this year! they will be available for pick up at maven collective on the 23rd and 24th of december. i am asking that if you want flowers that you please order them ahead of time. i will be offering two different color options and two different sizes. below are the two different designs, in red or white. there is also two different price points, there is a smaller arrangement for $45 and the larger for $80. they all come in a beautiful real-bark vase. please send your order to thegreendandelion@gmail.com by the 21st of december. thank you and can't wait to see you on the 23rd.

i had so much fun as a vendor at union/pine's give good gift holiday pop-up yesterday. i met so many wonderful and talented people. i'm feeling overjoyed to have been able to share a little piece of myself with so many.

i made some christmas cards and tags recently... super simple design, but oh so fun.

i sold a few of them at a holiday bazzar, but i still have a few left if you would like them.  thanks to my beautiful friend amber for these photos.

well i have brought out my christmas decor, am listening to christmas music and have started decorating!  my house is starting to fill up with white twinkle lights and tons and tons of red candles (where did they all come from!?)... now i'm starting to dream in red.

bringing in a little holiday cheer

Looking for a easy way to add a little holiday love to your home? Here is a great idea that i saw in the december 2008 real simple magazine... I took vintage mason jars, filled them with faux cranberries, tied some fun ribbon around the top, and topped it off with a tea light. You can really use any festive object in the jars... small glass ornaments, pistachios, small pine cones, nuts, berries... It is super easy and looks so great! I put a jar in the guest bathroom as well as on my bookshelf in the living room. What do you think?

Today i am making christmas cookies and sipping on hot chocolate with grand marnier mixed in (orange and chocolate goodness with a kick!). I am also going to finish making my christmas wreath (inspiration here)... life doesn't get much better then this! I sure love the christmas season.
