painted rocks

I am loving these painted and crocheted stones by margaret of resurrection fern. 

I would paint (if i could paint) and crochet (if i could crochet) rocks and use them as place cards for guests at a wedding. You can buy them here.

Well my hubby is off to school this week and i need something to keep me busy while he's learning the ways of the constitution. I have a few projects i am going to play with, one being this tea tin cactus garden seen at pure and noble. I have so many tea tins (i drink way too much tea), and i love this idea on how to reuse them.

I know this isn't my usual type of post, but right now i am really loving home and interior design. I am so ready to own a house and make it my own creation of a home... it would have a little of all this.

Today i am making christmas cookies and sipping on hot chocolate with grand marnier mixed in (orange and chocolate goodness with a kick!). I am also going to finish making my christmas wreath (inspiration here)... life doesn't get much better then this! I sure love the christmas season.

Happy Monday! Today i am loving my new air plant. I picked it up this weekend at emerald petals on mississippi avenue in Portland. Isn't it beautiful!? I hope this one does better than my last one :).

So lately I have been feeling uninspired. Not sure why, but i decided that in order to get inspired i better start doing things that bring about inspiration, like blogging.
