a wedding // rachel +sam

eagle rock lodge was the perfect little setting for this organic and whimsical wedding. nestled in the trees along the mckenzie river, rachel and sam wed. no detail was forgotten here, from antique china, to hanging birdcages, to beautiful hand-blown votives on the tables, rachel and the ladies at moxie events, created a beautiful and unique wedding.
i designed the centerpieces out of white birch bark tubes overflowing with local dahlias, blackberries, succulents and ferns to name a few.

ally + darrel

ally and darrel had a beautiful new year's eve wedding, held in an industrial warehouse, in downtown portland.  the wedding was playful and fun with beautiful vintage details...and lots and lots of candles and twinkle lights, just perfect for a new year's celebration!
the first look was at the nines...what a rock'n spot for some awesome photos!
such a beautiful candle-lit ceremony
these two crazy writers, tweeted about their wedding BEFORE they kissed as husband and wife...so funny
ally was one of my closest friends growing up and so of course am so thrilled to have been a part of her event and am so happy for her and darrel...congrats you two!

jenee + chris {part 1}

my husband's best buddy married the girl of his dreams a few months back and all i can say is wow.  the bride was absolutely beautiful and the details of the wedding were jaw-dropping. i'm showing this one in two parts because between the craftyness of the bride and all the amazing pics, there is just so much to share!
the wedding and reception were at mcmenamins road house, inside the rustic barn.
so many fabulous details...all hand-made by the bride and groom...including the coolest ladder ball game ever.
and lots and lots of gorgeous flowers!!! it was so much fun working with such beauties!
so much loveliness... part 2 here: the wedding, reception and photobooth!!
